We wanted to send a large thank you to the warm welcome from the community as our new management has transitioned into Middletown Animal Hospital. While there will be minor changes with this transition, our goal will remain to provide compassionate, affordable, high-quality veterinary care to your pets. Outlined below are upcoming changes to Middletown Animal Hospital. We thank you for your understanding.

Large Animal Services

Middletown Animal Hospital will be referring all large animal veterinary care to trusted veterinary partners. Please contact the clinic if you would like guidance on the best provider to contact for your farm.

Boarding

Middletown Animal Hospital will no longer be boarding pets after March 31, 2023.

New Hours

Beginning on April 1, 2023 Middletown Animal Hospital's new hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

After Hours Care

All after hours and weekend emergencies will be referred to valued 24-hour care veterinary partners listed below.

Hours: Monday-Wednesday  8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Thursday-Saturday 8:00 am - 11:00 pm

Sunday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
